Dubai is now the holder of yet another Guinness World Records title.

The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), has been officially recognised as the world's first 3D-printed commercial building.

The building, which was created with one printer in just 17 days, used 50 per cent less manpower than conventional building procedures.

The UAE currently holds more than 400 world records.
