A warning's been issued to Indian job seekers about fraudulent job offers being made in the name of UAE companies.
In a statement, the Consulate General of India, Dubai says it's come across at least two fake offers of employment, one of which claims that the applicants need to pay visa processing fees.
The fraudulent documents feature misappropriated logos taken from UAE organisations, with fake email addresses designed to look genuine, with just slight differences from the real thing.
The Consulate General added that if job seekers are in any doubt of the validity of a job offer they can seek clarification from the consulate.
