Residents can now rate government services in the UAE through a newly launched app.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai has called on residents to download the UAE Mystery Shopper app to help evaluate service providers and service delivery centres.
Sheikh Mohammed announced that the application was launched during a Federal Government meeting on Monday.
He also said that it's part of the country's efforts towards improving customer experience in government centres.
A video posted in Arabic on His Highness' Twitter account shows examples of previous mystery shopping experiments carried out by individuals appointed by the government and the subsequent improvement in services.
It goes on to say that the new app is the result of such experiments, and will be the biggest mystery shopping project in the UAE.
