New rules for visiting federal government entities

WAM

Visitors to UAE ministries and other federal government entities will soon have to present a negative PCR test result if they are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The new rule will come into effect from August 1.

It's applicable to customers, visitors, as well as employees of outsourcing or service companies while visiting federal government departments.

The PCR test must have been taken within 48 hours of the visit.

Children under the age of 16 are excluded from the latest directive.
