The UAE Cabinet, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, approved housing benefits worth over AED 2 billion during the first half of 2024.
As many as 2,618 applications were approved during the six-month period as part of efforts to provide quality housing to UAE citizens and enhance their quality of life.
The approvals included 631 grants totalling nearly AED 431 million and 1,987 housing loans amounting to AED 1.6 billion.
This focus on housing supports the UAE’s strategy for social stability and meets the needs of its growing population.
