The UAE has launched a round-the-clock hotline to help residents, who are currently out of the country.

It will facilitate procedures and provide assistance in emergency cases.

In a Tweet, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation informed that an additional helpline has been added due to the high volume of calls.

It comes after the UAE announced a two-week suspension of entry for residence visa holders as part of preventive measures in the fight against COVID-19.
