His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has revealed the best and worst government service centres in the UAE.
In a series of Tweets, Sheikh Mohammed said he received a comprehensive assessment report on the level of services that are offered in more than 600 centers across the country.
The Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship in Fujairah came out on top followed by the Ministry of Education in Ajman and the Ministry of Interior also in Ajman.
Meanwhile, Emirates Post in Al Khan, Sharjah was found to have the worst level of service in the UAE among government service centers.
That was followed by The Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship in Al Muhaisnah, Dubai.
Sheikh Mohammed said the directors of the worst centres will be replaced immediately with managers who "know how to deal with the public."
A two-month salary bonus has been given to staff in all the centres that achieved "advanced positions."
