Abu Dhabi airport holds security drill

Don't be alarmed if you see an unusual amount of activity with emergency services at Abu Dhabi International Airport today.

That's because a security exercise is being carried out at the facility.

The airport will continue to operate as normal during the drill but authorities have urged people to avoid filming or taking photos of the site.

#Notice | #AbuDhabi_Police and Abu Dhabi Airports, in cooperation with partners, will conduct an exercise on the evening of Thursday May 11 2023 at Abu Dhabi International Airport, to assess preparedness.
