Dubai has announced free parking for motorists during the sterilisation programme, which runs until Sunday morning.
According to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), public parking spots in the emirate will be free of charge from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am the next day.
This means that motorists won't have to feed the meters for two hours (between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm), considering how the regular paid parking hours in Dubai are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
We would like to inform you that public parking fees in #Dubai will be free during the sterilisation period within the "National Sterilisation Program", from 8:00 pm until 6:00 am the next day.#StayHome pic.twitter.com/zCEJWpXswn
