His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, attended the graduation ceremony of the 25th cohort of the Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Naval College on Wednesday.
The leader congratulated the graduates from the renowned college, which he said continues to produce skilled leaders who excel in fulfilling their national responsibilities.
