UAE signs AI agreements with Austria, Mongolia and Colombia

The UAE’s AI Office has signed three agreements with Austria, Mongolia and Colombia to promote artificial intelligence.

On behalf of the UAE government, the Office of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, has signed three memorandum of understandings (MoU) with Austria, Mongolia, and Colombia to enhance the adoption of artificial intelligence in various sectors and exchange experiences and successful practices in this field.

Omar Sultan Al Olama, UAE's Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, emphasised that the UAE is continuously seeking to strengthen global partnerships aimed at developing frameworks for meaningful cooperation to enhance the performance of various vital sectors that primarily impact people.

This aligns with the steps and visions of the leadership, which promote the AI adoption sector as a new futuristic approach shaping the future of governments through establishing common digital frameworks and expanding global partnerships in future fields to achieve greater benefits for diverse societies.

He added that the World Governments Summit consolidates its position as a leading global platform for establishing partnerships with governments worldwide and embodies dialogues to shape the future based on identifying current challenges to formulate a better tomorrow.
